Step 3: Point out what you are feeling

It involves connecting with emotions sincerely and asking, depending on each context: What am I currently feeling?

Next, the MicroMental must be identified and placed in the corresponding context square. If you feel it at a very intense level, place 3 figures of the same MicroMental. If it is moderate, you can include 2 and, if it is mild, only 1.

Continuing with the previous example, the MicroMentals present in each context have been specified (using specific MicroMentals).


Therefore, in this emofilm it is possible to identify different MicroMentals depending on each of the contexts. For example, in the context "Couple" there is, at a high level, the MicroMentals "Insecure" and "Interested". To a moderate degree, we can identify: "Playful" and "Excited." And so, successively, it is possible to understand how a person feels at a certain moment in their life and in each space in which they operate.
